Restrictions

Courses and Certificates

Course Content

Courses on FindSkill.ai are created with the assistance of AI tools and are provided solely for educational purposes. Course content — including lessons, quizzes, examples, and supplementary materials — may be fully or partially AI-generated. While we review content for quality, we make no guarantees that course content is accurate, complete, error-free, or current. AI technology and the topics we cover evolve rapidly, and content may become outdated without notice.

Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued when you complete all required lessons and quizzes in a course. Certificates:

Are verifiable via unique credential IDs at findskill.ai/verify/
Reflect completion of the course at the time of issuance
May be shared on social media, LinkedIn, and resumes
Do not constitute professional certification or accreditation
May not be falsified, altered, or misrepresented

We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraud, cheating, or violation of these terms.

Quizzes and Scores

Quiz scores and grades reflect your performance at the time of completion. We do not guarantee that quiz content is error-free. If you believe a quiz question contains an error, please contact us.

Accounts and Progress

Account Creation

You may use many features of FindSkill.ai without creating an account. Creating an account enables progress tracking, certificate storage, and cross-device syncing.

When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Not share your account with others
Notify us of any unauthorized access

Progress Data

Course progress is stored locally and optionally synced to our servers if you create an account. We may delete progress data for inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity.

Premium Content

Some skills and courses may be designated as premium content requiring a paid subscription. Free content may be accessed without payment or account creation. We reserve the right to change which content is free or premium.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at purchase. Cancellation and refund policies are as described during the purchase process.

Skill Prompts

We make no guarantees that:

Skills will work perfectly with all AI platforms
AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose
Course content — which is substantially AI-generated — will be error-free, current, or accurate
Quiz questions and answers will be correct or free from errors
Certificates will be recognized by any employer, institution, or regulatory body
The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Skills or courses will remain available indefinitely
Content will be free from AI hallucinations, biases, or inaccuracies
Information presented as factual has been independently verified
Specific employment, income, or career advancement will result from completing courses

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDSKILL.AI, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

Reliance on AI-generated content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
Decisions made based on course content, skill outputs, or any information on this platform
Career, financial, or professional outcomes (or lack thereof) from using our courses or skills
Errors in quiz questions, answers, or scoring that affect certificates or perceived competence
Use of skill prompts that produce harmful, offensive, or unintended AI outputs
Outdated information in courses or skills that has not been updated

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies
You are solely responsible for verifying all information before relying on it
Any decisions made based on AI outputs or course learnings are entirely your responsibility
Certificates represent course completion only, not professional competence, qualification, or accreditation
Skill prompts may produce different results across AI platforms and model versions

AI Platform Terms

Your use of AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) with our prompts is subject to each platform’s own terms of service. We are not responsible for:

Your compliance with AI platform terms
Any actions taken by AI platforms regarding your account
Changes to AI platform availability or functionality

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindSkill.ai, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your use of or reliance on the service or any content provided
Your violation of these terms
Your use of AI-generated content from this platform in any context
Your misrepresentation of certificates, credentials, or course completion
Any claim that content you created using our skills infringes third-party rights
Decisions you make based on information obtained from our courses, skills, or materials
Your use of our skill prompts with third-party AI platforms

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

Add, remove, or modify skills, courses, or features without notice
Change pricing or availability of premium content
